Which stores count
Only stores that are in use that month: they have a schedule or an inspection. Closed a store? Archive it and stop paying for it.
More stores or a bigger plan start right away; you pay only for the rest of the period. Fewer stores or a smaller plan start at your next renewal.
Photo checks
Your monthly photo checks are shared by all your stores. They reset on the 1st of each month. Owners get a heads-up at 80 %.
Used them all?
Nothing stops. New photos go to your review inbox for a person to check, until the next month or an upgrade.
