Passvu stores the account details, store data and inspection photos your brand adds, and uses them only to run the service for you.

Photos and AI

Inspection photos are sent to AI vision models to judge them against your standards. They are not used to train models. Photos are kept for your plan’s history period, then deleted.

Sharing

We don’t sell data. We use sub-processors for hosting (Cloudflare), payments (Polar) and AI processing, only as needed to run Passvu.

Your rights

Owners can export or delete brand data at any time. For access or deletion requests, email hello@passvu.com.
